• Once a digital product or service is accessed or downloaded, it is considered delivered.

3. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

• In cases of duplicate charges, technical errors, or failed transactions where payment was debited, CreditSure will process a refund after verification.
• Refund timelines may vary depending on banking and payment gateway partners.

4. Service Errors or Billing Issues

• Services that have been successfully delivered and accessed are not eligible for refund.
